this lasted less than 12 months.

 

and the help from GE was a JOKE.  5 people contacted, 5 different answers as to how to cover it under warranty.  Yes, it is under warranty but GE wasn't going to do much to honor it.  Judging from these other reviews, it was supposed to last another...

My JES1456 quit after about 16 months

 

I bought it in the Spring of 2007 at Home Depot. Like the other reviewer says, it seems to be working normally but just doesn't warm food anymore. I will also add that I put my coffee in it several times to attempt to warm it and on the last attempt...

Very nice all around microwave when it was working

Obviously manufactured using inferior parts

I bought this product because Consumer Reports recommended it.

Convenient, cooks food fairly evenly (for a microwave)
